Hi, I’m Jason, and I’m a single dad living in Toronto. I am finishing a master’s in psychology after many years working in the arts. I am dedicated to assisting men and their partners to get past distress, rewrite their story, and create a meaningful life. Drawing on my many years as an educator and coach, we’ll collaborate on strategies to help get you out of old patterns that no longer serve you.
I use existential and narrative therapies to give you new tactics to let go of the past and move towards a future of your design. I am keenly interested in how these two therapeutic approaches give us perspective, allow us to prioritize what’s important, and help us turn wounds into strengths. Our brief time here on Earth can be the ultimate motivator to make change.
I put a great deal of importance on the therapeutic relationship that I foster through
curiosity, empathic presence and humour. You can expect a safe, non-judgemental space where no problem is too big or small.
If you’re ready to trade in certainty for curiosity, replace old habits with new ones, and embrace the adventure, please reach out. Schedule your free 20-minute consultation now, and let’s get started.
