Who provides affordable therapy?
Affordable therapy is provided by student therapists completing advanced clinical training under the supervision of an experienced Registered Psychotherapist.
What concerns can I get support with?
Our student therapists can support men experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, questions about identity and other common mental-health challenges.
Is affordable therapy available in person or virtually?
How much does affordable therapy cost?
Standard 50–60-minute sessions are $100. A limited number of reduced-fee and no-cost spaces may be available based on financial need and availability.
Can I use insurance for sessions with a student therapist?
Coverage varies by insurance plan. We recommend contacting your insurer before booking to confirm whether services provided by a student therapist under supervision are eligible for reimbursement.
How long can I work with a student therapist?
Student therapists are available during their clinical placement. We will discuss the expected placement timeline and help plan for continuity of care when the placement approaches its end.
Will my therapist be supervised?
Yes. Student therapists receive ongoing clinical supervision to support safe, ethical and effective care. Your privacy remains protected throughout the supervision process.
How often will I attend therapy?
