I work with teens, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed by the many responsibilities, expectations, and transitions they are navigating. Often, the people I work with are struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, identity questions, life transitions, or the pressure of balancing family, cultural, academic, career, and personal expectations. They may feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, uncertain about their next steps, or like they are carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs while losing sight of their own.

For many clients, these challenges are not happening in isolation. They are connected to important relationships, experiences, family dynamics, and life circumstances that shape how they see themselves and navigate the world.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that people make sense within the context of their relationships and experiences. Drawing from Narrative Therapy, Dialogic Collaborative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to better understand the stories, patterns, and relationships that influence their lives. Together, we explore what is contributing to the challenges they are facing while also identifying strengths, values, and possibilities that can support meaningful change.

I strive to create a space where individuals feel genuinely heard, understood, and comfortable enough to be vulnerable. Whether you’re trying to make sense of a major life transition, improve your relationships, navigate anxiety, explore your identity, or reconnect with yourself, therapy can provide an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

If you’re considering therapy, I welcome the opportunity to connect through a free consultation to see whether we might be a good fit for one another. The door is open when you are ready.

Areas of Focus

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active through sports like basketball and badminton, and listening to music. I’m always looking for opportunities to explore new experiences, whether that’s travelling, meeting new people, or trying a new hobby. I also have a passion for collecting vintage watches and appreciate the history behind them. On quieter days, you can usually find me rewatching The Office or Modern Family, two shows I never seem to get tired of.
