About The Program

Are you struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors, porn addiction, or urges that feel out of control? You’re not alone. This 8-week structured group therapy program provides a judgment-free, supportive space where you can develop healthier coping strategies, rebuild self-trust, and create meaningful change.

📍 Location: Virtual - Online | Clients will need to be in Ontario

Jeffery Driscoll - Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), BSC, BEd

  • Specializes in CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma recovery.

  • Experience in psychoeducational group facilitation for addiction recovery.

  • Master’s in Psychology (in progress) at Adler Graduate Professional School.

  • A: Yes, this is a structured, psychoeducational, and process-oriented group therapy program led by a qualified therapist.

  • A: Sessions will be invoiced under “Group Therapy – Psychotherapy Services.”

  • A: Coverage depends on your insurance provider and policy. We recommend checking if your plan includes group therapy facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

  • A: No, this program is only available to individuals residing in Ontario.

  • A: No. To maintain privacy and confidentiality, recording sessions is strictly prohibited.

  • A: If you miss a session, you will not be able to make it up. However, you will still receive relevant resources for that week’s topic.

  • A: If applicable, participants will receive handouts, exercises, and recommended reading materials for personal use.

  • A: Participants are expected to:

    • Attend all sessions and be actively engaged.

    • Respect group confidentiality and maintain a safe space for all members.

    • Commit to self-reflection and the recovery process.

  • A: Active participation is encouraged, but you are not required to share personal details if you are uncomfortable. The group includes structured discussions, reflections, and exercises.

  • A: To create a distraction-free and confidential environment, we ask that participants:

    • Use a reliable internet connection and a private space free from interruptions.

    • Wear headphones for privacy and better sound quality.

    • Avoid using phones or other devices during sessions (unless needed for participation).

    • Do not record sessions or take screenshots.

    • If you live with others, try to find a quiet location where you can focus without disruptions.

  • Yes. If at any point you feel you need additional support beyond the group setting, private one-on-one therapy can be arranged with Jeff Driscoll or another therapist at Uplift Therapy for Men.

  • No. To maintain privacy and confidentiality, sessions are not recorded. However, you will receive relevant information.
