I help men who are struggling with stress, anger, or a sense that life isn’t working the way it should. Maybe your mind never slows down, your temper comes out fast or you feel like you “should be handling life better”. Maybe you find yourself drifting from the person you want to be, with the same patterns showing up at work, in relationships, and inside yourself.

Men who want to get past struggles with anxiety, career pressure, relationships, identity, or life transitions often reach a point where they want more choice, steadiness, and direction in their lives. If pushing through, staying busy, shutting down, or numbing isn’t working anymore, we’ll look at the noise, understand what’s driving it, and build a plan you can trust

Many of the men I meet say things like:
• “My mind won’t stop. I’m always on edge.”
• “I should be further ahead in life. I feel like I’m failing at being the man I want to be.”
• “My partner says I’m distant, angry, or hard to read.”
• “I rely on alcohol, porn, or staying busy just to take the edge off.
• “My ADHD makes it hard to focus, or I get tense around people like I don’t fit in.”

For many men, these struggles didn’t start yesterday — they began earlier in life, sometimes in homes where a steady male presence was missing, and the challenges from that still linger.

If any of this rings true, you’re not alone. A lot of men carry these pressures quietly, and therapy is a place to finally work through them.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO #13422) with five years of experience counseling men to achieve their change goals. I help men improve their relationships with themselves, their families, and their partners. My work is warm, direct, and steady. No clichés or aimless talk, just honest conversations, real insight, and tools you can use right away. Drawing from mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, we work together in real time, paying attention to what’s happening so you can see what’s actually going on and respond to life instead of reacting to it. We move at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and doable.

I’ve chased adventure — scuba diving in Indonesia, riding a motorcycle across Cambodia, and working in new cultures and unfamiliar places. Those experiences taught me about risk, courage, and perspective. But the most meaningful journey turned out to be the inner one — learning to face fear, slow down, and live with more awareness and connection.

If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I offer a free 15-minute consult to see whether we’re a good fit

Areas of Focus

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll usually find me moving or exploring. I play competitive ultimate frisbee, love cycling across Toronto’s busy streets, and travel to Asia whenever I can to scuba dive some of the world’s best reefs. At home, I wind down with foreign films and a steady stack of psychology books.
