I believe therapy allows new possibilities to emerge when we have space to slow down, feel less alone with what we are carrying, and begin to see ourselves and our lives differently—especially when we feel stretched thin, disconnected from ourselves, or uncertain about what comes next. As a master’s-level student therapist, I support adult men navigating anxiety, grief, chronic stress, identity and relationship challenges, major life transitions, and a search for meaning.

I welcome men who may carry pain silently, 2SLGBTQ+ people, students, artists, immigrants and children of immigrants, and individuals navigating multicultural identities. In our work together, we pause to notice what is happening beneath the surface — the patterns, relationships, and experiences shaping how you cope, protect yourself, and react — and create more room to respond with awareness and choice, reconnecting with compassion, values, and inner resources. The work I strive to co-create with my clients is about understanding not only who you have had to be in response to life’s challenges, but who you are now, and who you are hoping to become as you sense something deeper within you wanting to be known.

My approach is collaborative, integrative, and spiritually open. I do not assume I am the authority on your life: you bring your history and inner wisdom, while I bring presence, curiosity, and training. I draw from mindfulness, ACT, person-centred therapy, depth-oriented exploration, and psychosynthesis, while paying attention to the relationships, cultures, and wider contexts shaping your experience. Together, we can cultivate emotional awareness, self-compassion, greater flexibility, and practical ways of moving toward what matters. Healing can mean more than reducing distress. It can involve living in greater alignment with yourself, your values, and the people you love, while moving closer to the person you are becoming.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation to explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

Areas of Focus

Outside the therapy room, music is my deepest source of inspiration. I trained classically as a flutist and enjoy a wide range of genres. I am also a lifelong reader of poetry, with Rilke and Rumi remaining steady companions. Nature is my anchor and often brings me back to myself, reminding me how interconnected we are. One of my favourite quotes from R.W. Emerson captures something I value deeply: “Every wall is a door.”
